Project ALOE (Assisting Ladies by Offering Essentials), a beauty drive and send-off event for college bound girls, is the brainchild of Jumoke Dada. Founded in 2010, it began as a Signature RED "give back" when Ms. Dada felt compelled to help young women. The first year, the team prepared 70 care packages for freshmen girls. As a result of the success of the first year, Project ALOE became an annual initiative. In 2015, Project ALOE became a program under Signature RED Cares, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
